  • Mr. Fretwell is a co-founder and was a director of International Royalty Corp. ("IRC") from 2003 to 2010. IRC was a global mineral royalty company engaged in the acquisition and creation of natural resource royalties and was acquired by Royal Gold Inc. in 2010 for approximately $700 million.

  • Formerly a partner in a large Vancouver law firm, he has been a self-employed solicitor (Gordon J. Fretwell Law Corporation) in Vancouver since 1991, practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law.

  • Has been and currently is an officer and/or director of various public companies.

  • Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with his Bachelor of Law degree.

  • Mr. Carrier is a co-founder and former Lead Director of International Royalty Corp. ("IRC") from 2003 to 2010. IRC was a global mineral royalty company engaged in the acquisition and creation of natural resource royalties and was acquired by Royal Gold Inc. in 2010 for approximately $700 million.

  • President of Euro-American Capital Corporation, a private investment company, since May 1991. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President of Pacific International Securities Inc. where he worked for ten years.

  • Has been and currently is an officer and/or director of various public companies.
