On Thursday, February 28, 2019, RE Royalties Inc. held its Annual General Meeting AGM).
Our Shareholders, Directors and Staff filled the Board Room at our head office in Vancouver, B.C. to hear the latest plan updates, enjoy light refreshments and ask questions about our royalty portfolio.
Trevor Thomas, Corporate Secretary presented the formal part of the meeting, including details about electing new shareholders and increasing the size of our Board.

Following the formal part of the meeting, Bernard Tan presented an overview of the company vision, strategy, approach and RE Royalties’ plans to get there.
Here are a few highlights:
1. Since we started in 2016, we have built a portfolio of royalties in Canada, the United States and Europe. These long-term royalties are on over 400 MW of solar, wind and hydro projects that are currently in operations or will be in the near-term.
2. These projects play a significant role in combating climate change, as it will displace over 300,000 tonnes of carbon per year from entering the atmosphere.
3. In November 2018, we also took the next step in the evolution of our company by listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. This listing not only provides a platform for liquidity for our shareholders but also allows us an avenue to tap the capital markets for our growth.
4. In terms of our portfolio, we have completed 12 royalty acquisitions so far. For the first half of this year, we expect to complete 5 additional royalty acquisitions, which will bring our total royalty portfolio to 17.
The AGM concluded with a look ahead at activities for the remainder of the year. We have had a very positive start to 2019 and we are excited with the opportunities that lie ahead of us.
We will continue to build on the achievements that we have made to date.
